江苏镇江丹阳一名3岁男孩莫名出现呕吐、腹痛等症状，四处求医后，一度被怀疑是和贫血、白血病有关，确诊结果却让人大跌眼镜：铅中毒。这名男孩最终因为中毒身亡。他为何会中毒？是谁下的手？丹阳警方立案调查发现，男孩是被人害死的，而幕后黑手竟是他的继母王某！
王某为何要残害继子？她是如何做到“杀人于无形的”？清明节前，王某被镇江中院一审判处死刑。4月5日，丹阳警方详细披露案情及侦破经过。
3岁男孩呕吐、腹痛
一度被怀疑和贫血、白血病有关
警方介绍，37岁的丹阳男子方军（化名）经营汽车灯具生意，他曾与苏芸（化名）结婚并育有一男一女，年两人离婚。离婚时，儿子铭铭（化名，年1月出生）判给了方军，女儿判给了苏芸。同年，方军与王某（年出生）结婚。
年8月20日，铭铭出现呕吐、腹痛现象，方军带他医院检查，医生说小孩是贫血，医院检查。接着，方军带铭铭去了南京、镇江等地就诊，检查结论是病态造血（怀疑是白血病早期）。后来，方军又带着儿子去上海儿童医学中心检查，医生怀疑这是白血病前期症状。
年10月27日早晨，铭铭出现抽搐、惊厥、眼睛上翻、口吐白沫等症状，医院抢救，后于28医院，检查出血铅中毒。由于病情严重，铭铭又转院至上海医院，被确诊为血铅中毒。
上海司鉴所进行检测显示，铭铭血液中铅元素的质量浓度为ng/ml。年11月27日，铭铭宣告不治身亡。
生母报警
警方侦查发现继母有重大嫌疑
年11月，苏芸向丹阳市公安局报案，要求公安机关查明真相，还其子一个公道。
11月底，警方对铭铭进行了尸体检验，部分检材测出有血铅含量（含量为.32ug/ml）。之后，警方围绕铭铭身边关系人询问、居住环境污染检测、生前所处生活环境相关人员血液铅含量浓度动态测定、周边环境中的儿童进行血铅浓度检测以及专家论证等，结合死因（急性铅中毒症状），对铭铭被投毒一案开展立案调查。
通过一系列侦查，丹阳警方发现铭铭的继母王某曾网购粉状物质克，货源被鉴定出含有铅成分。
警方还发现王某曾向方军透露购买粉状物质的事情并致使铭铭中毒身亡。此外，对铭铭中毒身亡一事，王某还跟别人商讨过如何应对公安机关侦查破案以及传唤审讯。
年7月18日，警方与王某展开正面接触。
怀恨在心，网购铅粉毒杀3岁继子
清明前被判死刑
经调查，年5月王某和方军结婚后，苏芸以方军注册商标侵权等相关问题起诉方军。至此，王某对苏芸就开始心存芥蒂。年6月，铭铭生病，方军与王某再次发生争吵。时间一长，王某怀恨在心，当时便产生了让小孩铭铭生病的想法。
侦办民警介绍，就在那几天，王某刚好在网上看到了有关小孩集体铅中毒事件的报道，得知铅中毒会导致小孩贫血、记忆力减退、不长个子、免疫力下降，便想下毒加害铭铭。
年7月的一天，王某网购含铅的粉状物质后，装入饮料瓶中。次日中午，王某和铭铭在客厅里看电视，铭铭吃了几块饼干后嚷着要喝水。王某就用手指了指那瓶装有铅粉水的饮料，铭铭随即拿起这瓶饮料就喝了起来。
为了减轻负罪感，王某故意跑进卫生间假装上厕所。等她出来后，发现铭铭已经喝了好几口含铅粉的水。铭铭当天并没有反应。第二天，呕吐不止，家人忙着四处寻医问药。
然而，王某却残忍的隐瞒小孩的真实病因。
年9月，苏芸来到方军家中，两人发生争吵。苏芸怀疑是王某下毒加害铭铭。此时王某认为，如果致使铭铭病情更加严重，苏芸就会担心孩子在方军家不安全而把铭铭接走，那她的婆婆就会一心一意照顾她以及即将要出生的自己的儿子。
之后，王某再次购买了含铅粉状物质，并撒在了铭铭平常玩的小汽车、恐龙、变形金刚等玩具上，并放入排骨汤给铭铭喝。
当晚，铭铭就呕吐不止。接下来几天，铭铭病情持续加重，呕吐不止，本以为苏芸会把孩子接走，直至铭铭夜里抽搐，王某才意识到后果的严重性。年11月27日铭铭宣告死亡，王某担心罪行暴露一直隐瞒真相。
令人唏嘘的是，年11月，王某和方军的儿子出生了。
年7月20日，因涉嫌投放危险物质罪，王某被丹阳市公安局依法刑事拘留。后以涉嫌故意杀人罪被提起公诉。
年12月27日，镇江市中级人民法院开庭审理了此案。
年4月3日，法院作出宣判，王某一审被判处死刑。
